We are conveniently located at 2325 West Arbors Drive, Suite 104, Charlotte, NC 28262, just off Mallard Creek Church Road. You’ll find us in the same building as Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat. Our office is on the first floor, at the end of the hallway — just walk through the two glass doors, and you’ll see our colorful space ready to welcome your family!

Reception Area

As you walk through the front glass doors, you’ll be welcomed into our reception area. Here, you’ll be greeted by our friendly Patient Care Coordinator, who will assist you with any questions and ensure you have a smooth check-in process. Prior to your visit, you’ll receive a personalized link via email and text to complete our electronic new patient paperwork — making your arrival even easier. The reception area is bright and cheerful, designed to make you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

Office Manager’s Office and Consultation Area

To your left, you’ll find our Office Manager’s office. Our Office Manager is here to help with any administrative needs you may have, from scheduling appointments to handling insurance queries. Adjacent to this office is our Consultation Area, where we discuss treatment plans, provide frenectomy (tongue and lip tie) consultations, and answer any questions you might have in a private, comfortable setting.

Open Hygiene Bay

Next, we move into our Open Hygiene Bay. This area is designed to provide a relaxed atmosphere where our skilled hygienists and dental assistants perform routine cleanings and preventive care. The open layout helps create a sense of community and ease for our young patients.

X-Ray Room

We then enter our X-Ray Room, equipped with the latest imaging technology to ensure accurate and safe diagnostics. The room is visible from the hygiene bay, allowing parents to stay comfortably seated while our clinical team walks your child to and from the room. For safety reasons, we kindly ask parents to remain in their seats during this quick and gentle process.

Operatory Rooms

Down the hallway, you’ll find our three themed operatory rooms. Each room is designed to make dental visits fun and engaging for our young patients. Here’s what you can expect:

• Operatory 1: Adventure Awaits – Embark on a journey with photos of passport stamps from around the world and airplane-themed decorations. This room has an X-ray unit to conveniently take X-rays with nitrous, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience.
• Operatory 2: Book Lover’s Room – Dive into a literary haven featuring favorite children’s book titles and cozy, book-themed decor. This room also includes an X-ray unit to make taking X-rays easy and efficient.
• Operatory 3: Collegiate Room – Show your school spirit in our collegiate-themed room adorned with flags from colleges all over the US, especially local institutions. This room is equipped with Solea, our advanced laser dentistry technology, used for both tongue and lip tie treatments (frenectomies) and anxiety-free dental care – providing a comfortable, gentle experience for our patients.

Each room is equipped with a TV, allowing patients to watch their favorite shows or movies during their visit.
